Upon delivery, please immediately inspect your seafood for quality and temperature. Any concerns must be reported within 4 hours of receipt to qualify for a return or refund.
Document Issues
Take clear photographs of the product and the packaging, including the delivery label, to help our quality control team assess the claim.
